Get a QuoteWhen your renter submits a request, it will be reviewed by our team first. If the task is invalid or incomplete, it will go back to the renter for clarification. Maintenance is a high priority because of the cost and the need to protect your major asset. It is our strict policy that rental providers are contacted, and authorisation is obtained, before work can be carried out (except for emergency repairs after hours).
Prior to any task order, we will require the renters to provide as much information as possible to assist us in identifying the problem, including but not limited to pictures, videos, and a detailed description. Our knowledgeable Property Manager will immediately categorize the problem based on the facts provided and will be able to plan the following steps in your best interest.
With our extensive database and professional personnel, you can be confident that when a maintenance request is received, an extra step will be taken by Moment Group. We will advise renters to follow the videos in our Maintenance Hub to troubleshoot every possibility before contacting the paid service. This is not restricted to your rental property with us — you may also use and refer our services to relatives and friends.
