After attending an inspection, submit your application online through the link on the listing page. Please have your proof of income, rental history and references ready — our team reviews every application carefully and responds within 48 hours.
You will typically need photo ID (passport or driver's licence), proof of income (payslips or bank statements), previous rental history, and personal or professional references.
The bond is usually equal to four weeks' rent. It is lodged with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA) and held in trust until the end of your tenancy.
Some Moment properties are pet-friendly. Please note your pet on your application — once approved by the rental provider, your pet is welcome to move in with you.
For urgent repairs, call our 24/7 emergency line. For non-urgent maintenance, submit a request through the online form on our website — we respond within 48 hours.
Yes, though break-lease fees apply under Victorian regulations. Our team will help re-let the property as quickly as possible to minimise your costs.
Open inspection times are published on each listing page. If the scheduled times do not suit you, contact us to arrange a private viewing.
Rent is paid monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer — payment details are provided in your lease agreement and welcome pack.
