Bring Home Some Green
Moment renters can enquire about a complimentary plant from the month's limited allocation. One plant is available per household while stocks last.

Green Moment is a programme in development, designed to grow a welcome gift into a longer connection with renters, homes and local communities.
Moment has long welcomed renters with plants, seeds and thoughtful gifts. Green Moment takes the next step: a small pilot that makes complimentary plants available each month, then reconnects about a year later to hear how life in the home has unfolded.
Renters can share what they value, what could be better, or how a plant, favourite room or local neighbourhood has become part of everyday life. Eligible stories earn Green Credits whether or not the feedback is positive, and publication is always a separate choice.
No member account is required. Moment keeps the process personal, clear and easy to follow.

Around a year later, Moment sends one friendly invitation explaining the story formats, privacy choices and Green Credits.
Submit an original photo story or short video about the home, a plant, local life or an honest suggestion. Faces are optional.
Once an eligible submission is confirmed, Green Credits can be saved or used for selected Green Store items, subject to the programme terms and stock.
Stories can celebrate the good, suggest an improvement, or simply capture everyday life in the home.
A plant growing by the window, a room that has become your favourite place, or a practical idea that could make renting better - Green Moment values the details that make a home feel lived in.
A small set of original images with a short written reflection.
A short original video using images, voiceover or captions - with no need to appear on camera.
The Green Store is planned around practical, durable items. The ranges below are indicative and will be confirmed once supplier costs, packaging, delivery and stock are finalised.
Pens and notebooks made with recycled materials, plus keyrings, desk organisers and reusable shopping bags.
Mugs, calendars and vases, plus umbrellas and practical home tool kits.
Yoga mats, quality rugs, durable apparel and upgraded tool kits.
Green Credits are valid for 24 months from the date each credit is issued. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used toward rent or property fees. Oldest credits are used first when redeeming. Collection, delivery costs and other fulfilment details will be confirmed before each redemption.
Participation, publication and future marketing permissions are treated as separate decisions.
Credits reward an eligible contribution, not a positive review. Constructive feedback is treated fairly.
Choosing not to publish a story does not affect eligibility for Green Credits.
Stories should avoid addresses, keys, access systems, alarms, licence plates, lease documents and valuables. Anyone shown must consent.
Green Moment is not a repair or emergency channel. Maintenance, urgent issues and complaints should use Moment's normal contact process.
The programme is still being developed. Contact our team to register your interest or ask about the planning direction.
